In the busy workshop, a set of custom 5-ton outdoor fermenter tanks is undergoing the final application of polyurethane foam insulation. Considering the freezing winter conditions at the destination, the tanks have been equipped with extra-thick insulation layers and freeze-resistant temperature control probes to ensure stable fermentation even in extreme environments.
