Base: Precision Manufacturing, Comprehensive Coverage
The factory occupies a vast area with scientifically rigorous functional zones, constituting a “product flagship” that covers the entire craft beer industry chain. In the standardized heavy-duty equipment workshop, large laser cutters and CNC machining centers process stainless steel plates for mashing systems and fermentation tanks with millimeter-level precision, ensuring the strength and hygiene of every weld. In the precision assembly area, engineers, treating the systems like precision instruments, meticulously assemble and debug commercial brewing systems customized for high-end bars and restaurants worldwide, seamlessly blending industrial robustness with commercial aesthetics.
Furthermore, dedicated modular production lines efficiently produce small-scale brewing setups suitable for home use, allowing craft beer culture to reach thousands of households. We do not stop at core brewing units; our supporting precision workshops also independently produce high-performance CIP cleaning systems, variable-frequency energy-saving refrigeration units, and fully automatic bottling/canning lines. This means we can provide clients with a one-stop, fully closed-loop, seamlessly integrated turnkey solution,from raw material handling to finished product packaging. All subsystems adhere to unified and stringent manufacturing standards, fundamentally eliminating compatibility risks.

From spectral testing of raw materials upon entry, to pressure testing and helium mass spectrometry leak detection of key components, to load operation and simulated brewing tests of complete machines, data from every step is collected in real-time and linked to the equipment’s unique code. Every piece of equipment leaving the factory comes with a detailed “life file,” ensuring its stability and reliability over decades of service. The artisan spirit here is reflected in the persistence of polishing internal surfaces to a food-grade mirror finish, and in the patience of repeatedly debugging a single circuit or valve.

The core equipment exhibited at the Osaka Overseas Center, completed in 2025, all originates from here.
