The fuller the order book, the tighter I must maintain our standards. Over the past few days, the machinery in our workshop hasn’t stopped as our team works overtime to complete fermenters destined for Europe. The busier we get, the stricter I become about hygiene—the interior polishing of the tanks must achieve a mirror finish, and every dead corner is inspected with an endoscope. Before assembly, all fittings are wiped down with alcohol, gloves are replaced the moment they get dirty, and any welding slag is swept up as soon as it hits the floor.
